These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Timeet, a web application available at https://timeet.maxopen.com.ua ("the Service") that helps people across different time zones find suitable meeting times. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Timeet. You can create an account with an email and password or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Description of the Service

Timeet helps you find overlapping working hours across multiple time zones, save city groups, and (optionally) create the resulting meetings in your Google Calendar. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• upload or transmit malware, spam, or content you do not have the right to share;
• use the Service to harvest data about other users.

4. Google Services

If you connect your Google account, your use of Google Calendar through Timeet is also governed by Google's terms. We access your Google data only as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from the Service or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period you select and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

Timeet and its content (excluding user-provided data) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you submit.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
