Last updated: May 8, 2026
Timeet ("we", "our", "us") helps people across different time zones find a suitable time to meet. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website available at https://timeet.maxopen.com.ua.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide the service:
- Account information: name, email address, and (if you sign up with Google) the Google account identifier and profile picture.
- Usage data: the cities, dates, and time ranges you enter when searching for meeting times. This data is used to compute results and may be saved as part of your saved searches and city groups.
- Payment information: if you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Google Calendar data: see Section 4.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide and maintain the service (computing meeting times, saving city groups, sending invitations);
- authenticate you and keep your account secure;
- process subscription payments;
- respond to support requests;
- create calendar events on your Google Calendar when you explicitly ask us to.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
Timeet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Google Calendar Integration
When you connect your Google account, Timeet requests the following OAuth scopes:
openid,email,profile— to identify you and create your Timeet account.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events— to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf.
We use this access only to write events that you explicitly schedule through Timeet. We do not read, store, or share your existing calendar events. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with applicable law.
5. Data Retention and Security
Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our servers and are transmitted only over HTTPS. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]; on deletion, we remove your personal data and revoke the associated Google tokens.
6. Revoking Access
You can revoke Timeet's access to your Google account at any time:
- inside Timeet, by clicking Disconnect Google Calendar in your profile settings; or
- directly with Google, at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
7. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate Timeet: Google (authentication and calendar), and Stripe (payments). Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing the data they receive from us.
8. Children's Privacy
Timeet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
